I was looking at few projects. These are works that I feel comfortable showing to others. I will consider them for my portfolio later on.
Projects and thoughts:
1st year Introduction to Animation module where I had to create a 2D animated DIY photography tutorial.
This was my first encounter with Adobe Flash program. Even thought that it is first year project I feel very comfortable about it.
2nd year Digital imaging software module where I had to create a portfolio of 12images by myself and poster with a group.
The module that I enjoyed most. Learned a lot concerning photography working in studio and outside. Produced images are within 6 different categories: environmental portraiture, still life, studio portraiture, night, movement, landscape. I think I will put it in my portfolio were I will have more space for showing more than 1 image.
2nd year Principles of Video Production module where I with two others students had to create a music video.
The overall video in my opinion has some strong and some weak parts. However, tutor found more weak spots in it and overall mark suggest that I should not show it to others. I might put some of it to the portfolio.
2nd year 2D Animation module where I had to create 2D animation to reflect the event that happened to Czechoslovakia
I found the main theme of the project to be frustrating. However, in this 2D animation I managed to create and animate characters and have some level storyline. Some parts worked out well, and I tried some new animation techniques.
2nd year 3D Animation and Modelling module where I had to create a 3D trailer for a chosen James Bond movie.
Modules consist of modelling 3 objects, gun, palace and car, and then animated them. This module consumed most of my time and was followed by good mark. There are flaws in it, models and animation could be better. I have done loads of work on it and it was my first encounter with 3D studio MAX.
Models should work quite well on boards and should be able to translate my interest in 3D modelling.
3rd year Advanced Sound Techniques module where I had to create a soundscape.
Found out a lot of new stuff about creating sound. the final soundscape worked out well. I would like to work with sound in the future. Sound is a big part of the video which interest me aswell. However, it would not work for exhibition as there is issue with playing back sound and there is not much to show on boards.
3rd year Virtual Environments module where I had to create 3D replica of my face and 3D visualization of Finchingfield Guild Hall.
I got my highest mark in this module. This fact itself forces me to show it. I am not fully pleased with second part of module where I had to make Guild Hall visualization with my group. The first part of module where I had to make my 3D face worked out very well. It shows my ability to model real life objects.
The final decision is to show my animation skills. I see this as my strongest part I would like to do something with it in the future. 3 Pieces of work:
James Bond Trailer, image showing ice place and car model.
Model of my face, Image showing face from different angles
Czechoslovakia animation, 4 screenshots of animation.
For 3D projects I decided to include images with mesh on top of models. To do this I had to go back to the projects and render new images that would show mesh and than overlay it in photoshop over original images.
Below you can find 3 final images and their descriptions

For the biography I decided to do something creative and not too serious. I can write about work I have done, but it was too hard for me to actually write biography about myself and the short time I have spent here. If it is going to be need in the future I will leave it to be written by somebody else. Maybe I could have just included a description of myself with my skills and interests. But I will let my work talk about me instead of doing it personally.
Bio:
Born at first attempt in Klaipeda, Lithuania, Europe, Planet Earth, on March 16, 1990, under the lucky star of epic proportions.

His childhood was spent playing with wooden toys attached to the ceiling, playing as Eustace in "Courage the Cowardly Dog" and playing keyboard on lullabies album which is now know as Metallica's "Metallica album.
After all the playing Justinas switched to playing computer keyboard controlled fun programs as Adobe Flash, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Autodesk 3max, Logic Pro and other fancy software.
